Here is a PDF pattern to make an adorable old time 18” Raggedy Ann type doll. The professional pattern includes: body with seam allowances, dress, bloomers, apron and detailed easy to follow instructions. The instructions for the face are for a super simple process using sharpie pens. If you can color, you can do this face. (I sometimes leave my doll face blank for a primitive prairie look.) I am not a fan of the grungy look but many folks love it. I do give suggestions on how to simply antique your doll. You can download this pattern as a PDF. Grab some muslin and you will have a new doll in no time. Also look for my pattern for the Camel with Wrinkled Knees. The patterns are available separately or offered together at a discount. Note that these patterns are not full tutorials but have very complete instructions. This pattern will be emailed to you within hours of purchase.
